We print letters that we get from the researchers at Swing Left and Vote Forward and bundle them in packets with 20 letters, 20 envelopes, detailed instructions and names & addresses.

We arrange 10-15 sites on front porches throughout the Capital Region where we can place a weather-proof plastic bin we call our pick up boxes. We regularly fill these boxes with our packets of letters.

Writers pick up packets of letters from one of our boxes. They add a few sentences to each letter about why they vote in every election, then return the stamped sealed letters to any box and pick up more bundles to write. All the letters are held by us and mailed in October.
